Dulce Events fully encompasses the vision and ingenuity of its creator, Mistyka Garcia. Mistyka is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College School of Business in northern California; however she was born and raised in Texas. Mistyka’s southern charm and sharp mind is immediately apparent upon meeting her. Her hospitable and engaging manner puts clients at ease instantly, while her unsurpassed proficiency and dedication to accomplishing client’s goals on-time and on-budget consistently impresses not only clients but, importantly, their guests as well.
